Danielson Capital has provided valuations of banking institutions since its inception in 1978. We can provide the valuation of an offer to acquire a bank, or simply a valuation of a bank's stock.

Fairness opinions: In cases where the parties have already negotiated a definitive agreement, we can provide a fairness opinion to the buying or selling bank. This opinion addresses the fairness of the offer to the respective shareholder base, and if a portion of the transaction is in stock, it assesses the value of that stock.

Stock valuations: Small banks with little or no trading volume frequently require a valuation of their stock. Danielson Capital can prepare a stock valuation for use in secondary offerings, the issuance of options, year-end ESOP valuations, estate valuations or to provide a basis for trading.

Going Private and Other Transactions: In cases when the costs of being an SEC regulated company outweigh the benefits, we can help the Bank evaluate the risks and possible benefits associated with becoming a private institution and provide an opinion regarding the fair market value of the Bank's stock.
