			JONATHAN D. HOLTAWAY Managing Director



			Mr. Jonathan D. Holtaway joined Danielson Capital in 1992 as a financial analyst. He helped build the firm with Arnold Danielson into one of the leading financial advisory firms in the middle Atlantic region and is now an equity partner and managing director of Danielson Capital. During his 16 years in providing financial advisory services, he has been intimately involved in designing and delivering Danielson's services for merger advisory assistance, new bank formation, strategic planning and equity services. Mr. Holtaway is often the lead financial advisor on Danielson engagements and is very familiar with banking along the east coast and nationally. Mr. Holtaway attends many banking industry conferences and events and often speaks to industry groups and authors industry-specific articles for publication. Mr. Holtaway is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in history from the School of Arts and Sciences.
