Mr. John D. Putman joined Danielson Capital in 1999 as a financial analyst and is now a vice president of the firm. He has been an integral part of Danielson's success over this time and over nearly a decade, has worked with virtually all of Danielson's clients.
His primary areas of expertise are bank stock valuations, merger analysis, pro-forma financial analyses and market analyses. In addition, he is the lead researcher on historical bank financial data. With nearly a decade of experience, Mr. Putman has a wealth of institutional knowledge. Each quarter he leads the preparation, editing and publication of Danielson's Quarterly New Bank Report, which has been published for more than a decade and is one of the premier reports on new bank results. Mr. Putman received his Masters in Business Administration at George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance at George Mason University.
