DAVID G. DANIELSON
President
Mr. David G. Danielson, president of Danielson Capital, LLC, has more than a decade of experience working with management and boards of financial institutions and specializes in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, branch expansion, market analysis and stock valuations. He provides consulting services to community banks and regularly addresses boards of directors on relevant issues in the banking industry through presentations and company sponsored seminars. In addition to working with many established banks, he works closely with de novo banks, consults with organizing groups, prepares feasibility studies, assists in the preparation of regulatory filings and has been a speaker at state banking conventions.
From 2000 to 2003, as part of a recapitalization effort led by Danielson Capital, Mr. Danielson joined the board of directors of Midstate Bancorp in Felton, Delaware, as vice chairman and served as chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Danielson currently serves on the board of directors of Community Bank Delaware in Lewes, Delaware, and is a member of their Audit Committee.
Prior to joining Danielson Capital in 1998, Mr. Danielson was a manager in the financial services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston, Massachusetts, with a primary emphasis on auditing and reviewing mutual funds and hedge funds. At Signature Financial Group, a specialist in third-party mutual fund administration, he served as the assistant treasurer for five years. He began his career as a tax accountant with Putnam Investments, one of the nation's largest investment management firms.
Mr. Danielson graduated from Clark University with a degree in economics, received a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
